Education and Experience
- Matric (Grade 12).
- 3-year tertiary qualification in Microbiology, Biotechnology, Food Technology, or a relevant field.
- BSc in Food Technology or Microbiology with an IBD (Institute of Brewing & Distilling) Diploma would be advantageous.
- Brewing Techniques Certificate would be advantageous.
- 2–3 years’ post-training experience in Brewing/Production within a brewery or FMCG environment.
- Scientifically and technically oriented, with a logical, systematic, and analytical approach.
