Education and Experience

  • B-Tech / B Sc. Degree or National Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (heavy equipment, structural, or automotive design specialisation advantageous).
  • 3 years of experience in mechanical design and manufacturing, preferably within the mining, heavy equipment, or specialised vehicle industry.
  • Experience designing mining equipment or heavy/specialised vehicle products
  • Knowledge of Mining Equipment Design Standards (e.g., SANS, MHSA, OEM specifications)
