Education and Experience
- Matric / Grade 12.
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Transport, Logistics or Business Management.
- 5–10 years’ operational leadership experience in Transport & Logistics, preferably within Mining, FMCG, Building and Construction logistics.
- Minimum 5 years’ senior operations experience with proven leadership experience.
- Knowledge of NBCRFLI Main Agreement and South African Labour Relations Frameworks.
- Knowledge of Balanced Scorecards, IDPs, workforce planning, project management, ISO, RTMS systems and audits, and commercial contracting.
- Valid Driver’s Licence and own reliable vehicle.
