Education, experience and competencies

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical or General Engineering (Masters - Advantage_
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role (engineering integration or product implementation)
• Advanced technical knowledge of electronic engineering systems and integration
• Proficient in reading wiring diagrams and engineering layouts
• Familiar with engineering drawing practices (including revision tracking)
• Prior management experience leading technical teams
• Strong understanding of BOM (Bill of Materials), NPG (New Product Generation), and CM (Change Management) processes
• Experience in drafting or reviewing technical reports and spec

Qualifications • B.Eng (Mechanical) or B.Eng (Electrical) — essential • Government Certificate of Competency (GCC) — Factories — essential • ECSA registration (Pr Eng or Pr Tech Eng) — advantageous Experience • Minimum 5 years plant maintenance experience in a heavy / process manufacturing environment • Minimum 3 years SHERQ (Safety, Health, Environment, Risk & Quality) experience • Demonstrated management / supervisory experience, including mentoring of junior engineers • Experience as a GMR 2.1 Appointed Person, or readiness for appointment • Proficient in 3D CAD software — SolidWorks (mandatory) • Working knowledge of preventative maintenance management systems (CMMS/EAM) • Familiarity with ISO 9001, ISO 45001, and ISO/TS 22163 (IRIS) documentation requirements • Understanding of OHSAct, Driven Machinery Regulations, and Pressure Vessel Regulations • Experience with root cause analysis methodologies (e.g., 5-Why, Fishbone, FMEA)

1. Must reside in PE
2. Must have the ability to work to ± 2mm tolerance
3. Must read and understand the drawings relevant to structural steel issued by the drawing office from Tekla
4. Understanding the layouts of jigs and the fabrication of relevant structural steel
5. Marking and cutting steel to the specified drawing dimensions.
6. Clear understanding of setup techniques.
7. Basic CO2 welding skills.
8. Must ensure all QMS processes and JIPs are adhered to ensure quality workmanship

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• Tank building and Pressure vessel experience(10-15 years experience).
• Capability to use the Plate Roller and Press-Brake(serious advantage).

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Business/Production/Plant/Operational Management or related field.
• Minimum five (5) years relevant experience in FMCG
• Stock planning, control and management experience in FMCG
• Track record of driving strong operational performance through a team
• Experience in managing a team of at least 15 people
• Demonstrated ability to manage disciplinary issues in line with relevant legislation

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• Grade 12 or equivalent.
• Diploma – Mechanical or Electrical (Ideal).
• Maintenance Planner experience.
• 3 – 4 years as a Technician on high-speed packaging lines
• Prior experience in an FMCG environment.

Qualifications & Experience

• Matric (Grade 12).
• Minimum - Higher National Diploma in Analytical/ Micro/ Food Science/ Lab Science/ Chemistry BSc. (Food Technology or Microbiology) with IBD (Institute of Brewing & Distilling) Diploma (ideal).
• 1-2 years’ experience as a Microbiology Laboratory Technician or similar position.

Minimum Requirements

• Language Proficiency: Fully Bilingual in English and Afrikaans (spoken and written) – essential
• Industry Knowledge: Sound knowledge of the security industry, including physical guarding, off-site monitoring, and VIP protection
• Qualification: Sales and Marketing qualification (Diploma/ Degree)
• Driver’s License: Valid, unendorsed South African Driver’s License – essential
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of sales experience within the security industry
• Sector Experience: Demonstrable experience selling Guards Division, Off-Site Monitoring, Technical Division, Forensic Investigations, Event Security Services, Mining Security, Warehouse Security, Retail Security, Security Risk Management, VIP Protection Services and Canine Unit.

Minimum Requirements
