Our client based in Isando is seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales and Operations Manager with 4 to 6 years of relevant experience in the logistics or supply chain sector.
- 4 to 6 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or transport operations, with a proven track record in sales and team management.
- Strong knowledge of logistics workflows, freight forwarding, warehousing, and distribution.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, handle multiple priorities, and deliver in a deadline-driven environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- High proficiency in MS Office; experience with logistics management software is a plus.
- Willingness to work long hours and be available after hours if operational needs arise
