• Minimum of 2–3 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment, including 2–3 years of stock control experience.
• Proficiency in SAGE Pastel is essential.
• Strong attention to detail, particularly when investigating and resolving stock variances.

Education and Experience

• Diploma/Certificate in Fleet Management, Transport Management, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field advantageous.
• 2–5 years’ experience in fleet control and cross-border road freight.
• Practical experience with cross-border operations involving Zimbabwe, Zambia, Mozambique, Malawi, Tanzania, DRC, Botswana, Namibia and Angola.
• Experience with ASYCUDA/ASCUDA (Zimbabwe) and CEI (Zambia).
• Knowledge of customs clearing, border procedures, transit documentation and route requirements.
• Knowledge of SHEQ and SQAS compliance.

Education and Experience

• Basic literacy and numeracy skills are required.
• HVAC experience is required; an Air-Conditioning Diploma or relevant Trade Test qualification will be advantageous.
• An electrical background or qualification will be an added advantage.
• Valid refrigerant handling certification/license.
• Experience with Building Management Systems (BMS) will be advantageous.
• Chiller experience is preferred.
• Good knowledge and understanding of workplace health and safety procedures.
• Basic knowledge of the vapour compression cycle and thermodynamics.
• Own basic tools suitable for HVAC work.
• Knowledge and practical experience in:
  • Servicing, maintenance, repair, and installation of HVAC equipment.
  • Fault-finding and troubleshooting.
  • Safe handling and use of refrigerants and equipment.

• Matric / Grade 12.
• Relevant tertiary qualification in Transport, Logistics or Business Management.
• 5–10 years’ operational leadership experience in Transport & Logistics, preferably within Mining, FMCG, Building and Construction logistics.
• Minimum 5 years’ senior operations experience with proven leadership experience.
• Knowledge of NBCRFLI Main Agreement and South African Labour Relations Frameworks.
• Knowledge of Balanced Scorecards, IDPs, workforce planning, project management, ISO, RTMS systems and audits, and commercial contracting.

Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Risk Management, Safety Management, Compliance, or related field.
• 5+ years’ relevant experience in compliance, technical risk, engineering, or product reliability.
• 3+ years’ experience managing technical/multidisciplinary teams.
• Mining, industrial, or safety-critical environment experience.
• Knowledge of MHSA, OHSA, ISO 45001, SANS, Section 21, and Regulation 8.10.
• Experience in FMEA, WRAC, risk assessments, ICAM, RMA, and reliability processes.
• Relevant OHS, Quality, Risk, or ISO 45001 qualifications advantageous.
