• N3 Diesel Mechanical Trade Theory with Trade Test

Experience:

• 10 – 15 years Mechanical Diesel experience
• Experienced in maintaining and repairing Reach Stackers
• Expert in maintaining and repairing Reach Stackers and specifically Kone Cranes
• Able to read and understand electrical drawings for machinery
• Able to read and understand hydraulic drawings
• Computer Literacy, especially on Microsoft Office

• Grade 12 • Trade Tested Miller Qualified as per GMF • Working with systems • Own transport • Willingness to work shifts • Minimum 5 years’ experience as Qualified Miller with extensive milling experience, milling mealies. • Fumigation and Grading experience • Overtime if when and necessary • Experience on PLC’s

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• Grade 12
• GMF Modules including practical test passed
• Minimum 5 years food safety or similar experience (HACCP, ISO, FSSC)
• Minimum 10 years’ experience as Production/Milling Manager of a team of at least 30 people
• Further qualifications/ training/ or at least 3 years’ experience in people management, industrial relations and performance management
• Basic Mechanical skills (Sifters, roll change, V Belts),
• Dryer / Heater Bank System Training
• Higher education (post graduate certificate / degree) will be advantageous
• Fumigation (Pest Control Fumigation course -PCO course) and Raw material grading experience advantageous
• OHS and or safety rep (First Aid / Fire Fighting formal training) experience advantageous
• Raw Material Grading Course passed
• Forklift License advantageous
