MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• Grade 12
• GMF Modules including practical test passed
• Minimum 5 years food safety or similar experience (HACCP, ISO, FSSC)
• Minimum 10 years’ experience as Production/Milling Manager of a team of at least 30 people
• Further qualifications/ training/ or at least 3 years’ experience in people management, industrial relations and performance management
• Basic Mechanical skills (Sifters, roll change, V Belts),
• Dryer / Heater Bank System Training
• Higher education (post graduate certificate / degree) will be advantageous
• Fumigation (Pest Control Fumigation course -PCO course) and Raw material grading experience advantageous
• OHS and or safety rep (First Aid / Fire Fighting formal training) experience advantageous
• Raw Material Grading Course passed
• Forklift License advantageous

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• 2 – 3 years’ experience in a similar position within the FMCG sector

• Well-rounded consumer goods experience – spanning Marketing and preferably Customer roles

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• Grade 12.
• Bachelor's or Graduate's Degree in Accounting, Business, or Computer Science or equivalent professional qualification.
• Minimum 5 years in credit control, debt collection, or accounts receivable management.
• FMCG industry experience.
• Proven operational team leadership for performance delivery.
• Experience in managing disciplinary processes in accordance with labour legislation.
• Familiarity with billing systems, general ledger, and ERP systems

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• Qualified, trade-tested Instrument and Control Artisan.
• Hands-on experience in an FMCG environment.
• 3–4 years as an Instrumentation and Control Technician on high-speed packaging lines.
• Working knowledge of SHEQ and manufacturing systems
• Familiarity with maintenance systems

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• Grade 12 or equivalent.
• Process Artisan, Maintenance Artisan, with hands-on experience in an FMCG environment.
• 3-4 years as a technician on high-speed packaging lines.
• Qualified, trade-tested Artisan, preferably in Millwright, Electrical, or Mechanical.
• Working knowledge of SHEQ and manufacturing systems

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• Matric certificate.
• Post matric qualifications in maintenance or related field will be advantageous.
• Five or more years’ maintenance or related experience
• Computer Literacy in MS Office Suits.
• Manage pay wallet expenditure and finances.
• Driver's license.

• Minimum NQF Level 6 qualification in Security management, policing, or related field.
• PSIRA GRADE A registered and Accredited
• Candidates with Professional certifications in security are highly desirable.
• Minimum of Five (5 years) experience in security management, risk assessment, and incident response.
• Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations governing estate security.
• Ability to adapt to rapidly changing security threats and technology advancements with understanding of 4IR technologies (Drone Technologies, Artificial Intelligence Camera Surveillance, Remote Security Monitoring and Assessment) and their applications in security will be an added advantage.

• Degree in Natural Sciences or BSc Engineering in Mechanical/Electrical or equivalent.
