• Professional Qualification – CA.
• 5+ years finance experience with 3+ years in management role.
• FMCG or Beverage Industry experience (Traditional beer sector preferred)
• SAP S/4HANA proficiency (Finance modules essential)
• SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
• Advanced proficiency in financial modelling, forecasting, and performance analysis
• Expert knowledge of cost accounting, budgeting, variance analysis, and KPI development
• Comprehensive understanding of IFRS, GAAP, tax legislation, and statutory reporting

• 5+ years post-admission experience with 3+ years in corporate/commercial law.
• FMCG or Beverage Industry Experience (alcohol sector preferred)
• Deep knowledge of corporate law, commercial contracts, and transaction structuring
• Understanding of liquor licensing, food safety, and traditional beer regulations
• Board secretariat experience and corporate governance frameworks.
• Proven track record in government relations and regulatory engagement

Qualifications and competencies

• Degree in Business Studies, Marketing, Communication, B Com or equivalent.
• Marketing professional qualification (CIM, IMM, or equivalent).
• Industry certifications in digital marketing or analytics.
• 5+ years marketing experience (preferably FMCG sector)
• 3+ years leadership experience at managerial level
• Master's degree in marketing or related field will be an added advantage.
• SAP4Hanna experience.
• Proven ability to develop and execute market-winning strategies

 

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Education:

• Matric or equivalent thereof
• N3 Diesel Mechanical Trade Theory with Trade Test
• Driver’s License – Code 8

Experience:

• 10 – 15 years Mechanical Diesel experience
• Experienced in maintaining and repairing Reach Stackers
• Expert in maintaining and repairing Reach Stackers and specifically Kone Cranes
• Able to read and understand electrical drawings for machinery
• Able to read and understand hydraulic drawings
• Computer Literacy, especially on Microsoft Office
• General Warehousing / Materials Handling experience an advantage
• General maintenance process knowledge (Job card system, preventive maintenance, re-active maintenance.
• People management minimum 3 Years
• Maintenance standard implementation and management (PAS55)
• Budgeting 5 years
• OSH Act 5 years
• Minimum 5 years Engineering standards

 

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• Grade 12 • Trade Tested Miller Qualified as per GMF • Working with systems • Own transport • Willingness to work shifts • Minimum 5 years’ experience as Qualified Miller with extensive milling experience, milling mealies. • Fumigation and Grading experience • Overtime if when and necessary • Experience on PLC’s

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• Grade 12
• GMF Modules including practical test passed
• Minimum 5 years food safety or similar experience (HACCP, ISO, FSSC)
• Minimum 10 years’ experience as Production/Milling Manager of a team of at least 30 people
• Further qualifications/ training/ or at least 3 years’ experience in people management, industrial relations and performance management
• Basic Mechanical skills (Sifters, roll change, V Belts),
• Dryer / Heater Bank System Training
• Higher education (post graduate certificate / degree) will be advantageous
• Fumigation (Pest Control Fumigation course -PCO course) and Raw material grading experience advantageous
• OHS and or safety rep (First Aid / Fire Fighting formal training) experience advantageous
• Raw Material Grading Course passed
• Forklift License advantageous

• FMCG industry experience.
• Proven operational team leadership for performance delivery.
• Experience in managing disciplinary processes in accordance with labour legislation.
• Familiarity with billing systems, general ledger, and ERP systems

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• Grade 12 or equivalent.
• Qualified, trade-tested Instrument and Control Artisan.

• 3–4 years as an Instrumentation and Control Technician on high-speed packaging lines.
