Education and Experience
- Diploma or degree in Information Technology, Business, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Six Sigma White Belt certification is required. Yellow or Green Belt, ITIL, or BPMN certification is advantageous.
- 2–5 years of experience in process improvement, operations, or business analysis, preferably in IT services.
- Experience with process mapping tools such as Visio or Lucidchart.
Strong Excel and data analysis skills.
