- Degree in Natural Sciences or BSc Engineering in Mechanical/Electrical or equivalent.
- MBA or postgraduate in Manufacturing/ Engineering will be an added advantage.
- At least 5 years in a production/manufacturing environment.
- 3 years’ experience at management level.
- Must possess fundamental business acumen with above average demonstrated technical, diagnostic, analytical and interpersonal skills in running a business.
- Working knowledge of SHEQ and manufacturing systems
