Education and Experience

- Minimum 10 years of construction management experience in underground mining environments.
- Demonstrated experience managing shaft sinking, decline development, or large-scale underground civil works.
- Strong exposure to drill-and-blast operations, rock support systems, and concrete works in underground settings.
- Familiarity with Zambian or broader SADC mining environments is advantageous but not essen
