Education and Experience
- Matric
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Industrial Psychology and/or relevant qualification.
- 5+ years of strong HR Generalist experience, with specific exposure to manufacturing, FMCG/Must have IR knowledge and experience including CCMA experience.
- Capable of creating and managing well defined project plans which ensure that objectives initiatives stand the best possible chance of success.
- Extensive travel to sites/breweries.
- Valid Driver’s License with own transport.
