Role description:
This position’s primary focus will be:
- Playing a key role in overseeing IT infrastructure, ERP systems, and hosting services with 3rd party service providers
- First line of support for systems.
Skills, Experience & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in technology or related discipline preferred.
- Minimum of six years’ experience in networks, computer setup, and software deployment
- Strong accounting, finance, and budgeting experience required.
- Hands-on experience with SQL Server
- Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
- Experience in IT Management
- Experience in user assistance and the first line of support.
