Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management/ Finance/ Engineering and minimum 12 years experience in an FMCG environment.
• Strong knowledge of production planning, manufacturing processes, quality control, and supply chain management.
• Demonstrated experience in optimizing production operations, improving efficiency, and implementing lean manufacturing principles
• Strong leadership, operational expertise, and a focus on optimizing production processes, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety.
• The Deputy C.O.O will be responsible for overseeing production, quality, supply chain, SHEQ, commercial, sales and logistics. The incumbent must also have an understanding of the finished goods market for margin optimisation and managing key relationships.
