- Grade 12
- 3 to 5 years’ experience managing a team of at least 40 people in an FMCG environment\
- Previous experience with Roadshow and Mixtelematics
- Must have a good understanding of the following: Fleet utilization, fuel usage and consumption, planning loads in a cost effective way and outsourcing transporters
- Above average proficiency in MS Word and Excel
- Strong administrative skills and must be able to prepare and present daily/monthly distribution reports with root causes and action plans
- Must be able to work shifts
- Must have own transport
