  • Grade 12
  • 3 to 5 years’ experience managing a team of at least 40 people in an FMCG environment\
  • Previous experience with Roadshow and Mixtelematics
  • Must have a good understanding of the following: Fleet utilization, fuel usage and consumption, planning loads in a cost effective way and outsourcing transporters
  • Above average proficiency in MS Word and Excel
  • Strong administrative skills and must be able to prepare and present daily/monthly distribution reports with root causes and action plans
  • Must be able to work shifts
  • Must have own transport
