Qualifications and competencies
- Matric
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or BCom (Accounting/Finance).
- Professional Qualification – CA.
- 5+ years finance experience with 3+ years in management role.
- FMCG or Beverage Industry experience (Traditional beer sector preferred)
- SAP S/4HANA proficiency (Finance modules essential)
- SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
- Advanced proficiency in financial modelling, forecasting, and performance analysis
- Expert knowledge of cost accounting, budgeting, variance analysis, and KPI development
- Comprehensive understanding of IFRS, GAAP, tax legislation, and statutory reporting
