Education and Experience
- Matric (Grade 12)
- Degree / National Diploma in HR (NQF6) or related field
- 5 – 7 years of work experience in a generalist position
- At least 2 years’ experience in FMCG field
- In-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to human resources and employee management, union relations and employment laws
- Proficiency in SAP application preferred
- Proficiency in the MS Office suite
- Able to work in a fast paced, matrixed environment
