• Matric, Bachelor of Science in Food Science/Chemistry/Biochemistry/Biological Science.
• Institute of Brewing and Distilling Diploma In Malting.
• SAAFoST.
• NCM.
• Manufacturing Way, ISO 14001, HACCP, FSSC22000, 22000, 9001, 45001 and 50001.
• 5 years of work experience in a similar role
• At least 3 months’ exposure in a brewing plant to appreciate the brewing process and understand brewers’ requirements.
• FMCG Manufacturing experience
• SAP experience
