QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Business/Production/Plant/Operational Management or
related field. - Minimum five (5) years relevant experience in FMCG
- Stock planning, control and management experience in FMCG
- Track record of driving strong operational performance through a team
- Experience in managing a team of at least 15 people
- Demonstrated ability to manage disciplinary issues in line with relevant legislation
