Education and Experience

• Matric.
• National Diploma or equivalent in Production/Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a packaging or manufacturing leadership role.
• Knowledge of traditional beer production and packaging processes is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of safety, quality, and operational standards.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
