Education and Experience
- National Diploma or Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of project planning/scheduling experience on mining or heavy construction projects.
- Demonstrated experience developing and maintaining schedules for underground mining projects (shaft sinking, decline development, tunnel construction, or similar).
- Proven experience producing earned value management (EVM) reports and S-curves on large-scale projects.
- Experience with delay analysis methodologies (Time Impact Analysis, As-Planned vs As-Built, Windows Analysis).
- Familiarity with Zambian or broader SADC mining project environments is advantageous but not essential.
