Qualifications and competencies
- Matric
- Bachelor’s degree in Biochemistry/ Biosciences, Food Science, or related field (postgraduate qualification an advantage).
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in plant management within malting, brewing, or FMCG manufacturing.
- Proven track record in leading large teams and managing complex operations.
- Strong knowledge of malting and brewing processes, quality systems, and regulatory requirements.
- Demonstrated ability in cost management, process improvement, and project leadership.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Commitment to people development.
