Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Risk Management, Safety Management, Compliance, or related field.
- 5+ years’ relevant experience in compliance, technical risk, engineering, or product reliability.
- 3+ years’ experience managing technical/multidisciplinary teams.
- Mining, industrial, or safety-critical environment experience.
- Knowledge of MHSA, OHSA, ISO 45001, SANS, Section 21, and Regulation 8.10.
- Experience in FMEA, WRAC, risk assessments, ICAM, RMA, and reliability processes.
- Relevant OHS, Quality, Risk, or ISO 45001 qualifications advantageous.
