- National Diploma or Degree in Brewing, Food Technology, Production Management, or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in a supervisory role within a brewing or beverage manufacturing environment.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
