Qualifications and competencies

  • National Diploma or Degree in Brewing, Food Technology, Production Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in a supervisory role within a brewing or beverage manufacturing environment.
  • Proven leadership and team management skills.
  • Results-oriented and proactive.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities
