Qualifications and competencies

- Certificate or on the job training in Brewing, Food Technology, or related field is an advantage.
- 1–2 years’ experience in a brewing or food production environment preferred.
- Basic understanding of brewing processes and equipment.
- Willingness to learn and grow within the brewing profession.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
