Qualifications and competencies

  • Matric or equivalent
  • Certificate or on the job training in Brewing, Food Technology, or related field is an advantage.
  • 1–2 years’ experience in a brewing or food production environment preferred.
  • Basic understanding of brewing processes and equipment.
  • Willingness to learn and grow within the brewing profession.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
