Education and Experience
- Matric (Grade 12 / Standard 10) or equivalent (required).
- Diploma or Degree in Project Management, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field will be advantageous.
- A recognized Project Management or Planning certification (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2 or a scheduling qualification) will be advantageous.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in project planning, preferably within the engineering, industrial, mining, manufacturing or maintenance sectors.
- Practical, hands-on experience using ClickUp for project planning, task management, tracking and reporting, with demonstrated experience in resource allocation, tracking and capacity planning.
- Working knowledge of Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), Critical Path Method (CPM) and Gantt charts, with experience using MS Project or Primavera P6 advantageous.
