Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Public Administration, Higher Education, or related field (Honours/Master’s an advantage).
- Experience in higher education administration or academic quality assurance (5+ years preferred).
- Knowledge of South African higher education regulatory frameworks.
- Experience with academic audits, accreditation, and compliance processes.
- Familiar with student records and academic administration systems.
- Ability to interpret policies and regulatory requirements.
