Education & Experience
- National Senior Certificate (Grade 12).
- Relevant Occupational Health & Safety qualification.
- Valid SACPCMP registration as CHSO/CHSM, where applicable.
- Valid SAMTRAC or equivalent safety qualification will be advantageous.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Safety Officer, preferably within construction/refurbishment projects.
- Proven experience working on refurbishment, building, civil or infrastructure projects.
- Knowledge of the OHS Act, Construction Regulations and applicable safety standards.
- Valid First Aid and Incident Investigation certificates will be advantageous.
- Valid driver’s licence will be advantageous.
